Wu Yi Tea - Does it Really Work and Do You NEED It?
My post today includes a video addressing two big questions I commonly see asked and discussed about wu-yi tea. The questions are does wu-yi tea work and do you really need it to lose weight? Well, the two really simple and to the point answers are Yes, it does in fact work and Yes/No to the question of do you really need it. I’m going to address both questions here but I encourage you to watch the video above as it gives a pretty good perspective to these questions.

Does Wu-Yi Tea Work for Losing Weight?
From my own personal experience in losing weight, my answer is yes, it does indeed work for weight loss. When I started drinking the tea, in two months time I had lost approximately 20 pounds! Now, I do not feel I was overly fat, but I definitely had the 20 pounds to drop. I was always uncomfortable, sluggish, and simply didn’t feel good either physically or mentally.
I have to admit that when I first came across wu yi, I was highly skeptical and in fact originally blew it off. It was not until I had caught a news clip on TV about it and then noticed how often I was seeing it in what I felt were credible and trusted health and fitness magazines that I decided to take another look at this “diet tea” with an open mind.

Do You Really NEED Wu Yi Tea to Lose Weight?
The answer is both yes and no, let me explain. Frankly folks, NO, you do NOT need wu yi tea to lose weight. In fact, you do NOT need any of the hundreds of thousands of weight loss products on the market today! If you want to lose weight and keep it off, all you need to do is STOP feeding your face with junk! If you eat healthy, exercise regularly, and drink lots of water, you WILL lose weight. It’s as simple as that, or is it…?
The unfortunate reality is that the large majority of us these days do not have the luxury of the ideal situation. That ideal situation amounts to having the discipline, desire, time, and money to eat properly and do so how and when we should. It also means the discipline, desire, and time to exercise and work out on a regular consistent basis. When asked do YOU NEED wu-yi tea to lose weight, these are the factors which for most of us dictate our answer as a resounding YES!
Here are just a few of the reasons why wu-yi tea was the ideal solution for me in the not so ideal situation that I found myself:

- Not enough time in the day
- Too tired from long demanding work hours
- Responsibilities and Priorities at home
- Priorities and time with my children
- Poor eating habits and discipline
I could have gone on even further with the list above but for the sake of this post I think I made my point. The bottom line is that if you are fortunate enough to be someone who is in the ideal situation where eating right and exercising regularly comes easy, you DO NOT need to drink wu-yi tea or use any other weight loss supplements or programs. The bottom line for those of us who have very busy and often hectic lives and schedules is that wu-yi tea fills the gaps and makes up for the shortcomings, either in or out of our control. Although wu-yi tea is not a magic solution that will work miracles with no effort from your part, it does allow us “short cuts” and takes away much of the time and hard work commonly associated with weight loss.
