Wu-Yi Tea - Free Trial
Hey guys, as I mentioned I’m using the next few posts to answer some of the questions I keep seeing popping up through comments and messages. One of the questions asked a lot is whether or not the person will like the tea, how well it tastes, any after effects, stuff like that. One of the big ones is about spending money for a supply and then maybe not liking it, so it’s a cost concern. All very valid concerns.
I have a solution here that might help those worried about spending any money. This was actually pointed out to me by a reader so I can’t take full credit, thanks goes to Tammy. Anyway, Easy Weight Loss Tea is a site that offers a free trial of wu yi tea. It’s free, but they require you to pay like 4 or 5 bucks for shipping and handling so no big deal there. Anyway, you can sign up for their free trial, only pay 4 or 5 bucks, and give the wu-yi tea a try and not have to worry about shelling out a lot of money. If you like it you can actually have them ship you a bi-monthly tea supply.
In any event, this sounds like a solid way for those new to wu yi and who are not quite convinced they will enjoy drinking it. You don’t get caught spending more than a few bucks or get stuck with a supply of tea that you end up not liking. I just sent away for a free trial myself to see how I like it and once I get it I’ll share my thoughts on the actual tea good or bad. So far from the site things look good and you definitely can’t beat the price =) So if you wanna take a test run first, grab your free trial at Easy Weight Loss Tea and see what you think.

I ordered WuYi Tea and it is fantastic! It’s working for me. Unfortunately, I caught a cold and have been ill, but I can’t wait to begin again! The tea is tasty and what you’ll spend is worth every cent, because you will feel more energetic, less willing to have an order of fries and happy with yourself.
GO FOR IT!!!

I just ordered my free supply of Wu-Yi Tea from Easy Weight Loss Tea.com and look forward to giving it a shot. My goal is to lose 60 pounds in 6 months….so I figure with the tea, some changes to my behavior, and a gym membership, I should be able to reach my goal. I’ll be back later as soon as the results from my 2 week free supply is done.

I have tried the tea and am having trouble sleeping.
Any suggestions? I am trying one cup in the morning and nothing more to see if that will help.
March 3rd, 2008 at 5:25 pm
Hi Marian,
Did you just start having trouble sleeping at night when you started the tea? I usually like to enjoy a cup before bed every night, I’ll usually have one about 1-2 hours before. I actually feel relaxed.
If this has just started when you began drinking the tea then I would probably not drink it at night or at least not close to bed time. The best thing would probably be to stick to morning and afternoon.

Hey Elma,
I just ordered mine so its only been a day or so for me, but when I get it I’ll be posting about it. Hopefully yours will come in very soon. I didn’t think to look when ordering but I’m not sure where it is being shipped from.

I ordered the trial and am very excited. Can’t wait to get it. I love drinking different flavors of tea and have been for a long time. None of them have made me slimmer though so I will see if this is for real. I want to lose 50 pounds. I am originally from Holland and it is custom to drink lots of tea and have special tea time in the afternoon. I’ve been struggling to lose weight since two OHS’s in 8/2000 and am unable to do heavy weight training any longer because it puts too much strain on the sternum. I bought a BowFlex and do my workouts at home now. I do lighter weights but higher reps. Running is out as well for that reason but I can power walk instead. I think I already have a very good diet (about 75% organic), no junk foods at all, eat smaller portions and am very active in every other way.

Hi, im not really a tea fan but i can sometimes bear it. does it taste like your regular tea?
March 11th, 2008 at 12:39 am
Hi Daisy, on the site you will want to go to the Oolong Tea section. Wu-yi and oolong are the same thing, oolong is often referred to as wu-yi because oolong is harvested from Mt. Wuyi Shan in China.

Hey Angie,
In total I have lost about 25 pounds and have maintained that weight. I don’t really weigh myself much anymore, but since the start I am normally between 20-25 pounds which was my goal.

Hi
I was just wondering if anyone heard anything bad about the Easy weight loss tea website (which is also called wu-yi source). I was searching around the web and i came across some sights where people said it was a horrible experience with them. Does anyone know from experience that they are bad? Also, I am just wondering if anyone knows any other safe web sites where I could get the tea. I am really afraid I might choose a site that is a scam….please help!! Thanks!
March 18th, 2008 at 2:29 pm
Dan, are you being compensated in any way from any of the sellers of WuYi tea? I really hope not because I’d like to believe this stuff really works and that this is not just another hole for me to throw money into. I plan to order the free trial. Congrats on your weight loss

Hi Kira,
You might find my most recent post interesting as I just ordered from the site you mention. I’ve actually looked into what you are talking about and actually emailed the company with a few questions. Looking at various other sites discussing the tea and companies, I see varied opinions. So far my experience has been just fine. I’m also very satisfied with the email response I got back from the company. In the big picture I think it is boiling down to competitors angling to look good.
The bad experience I have heard about was about some customer service issues apparently which I addressed in my email. I was told that a section of their service is outsourced overseas as many companies are doing these days. I can imagine how that goes at times, but anyway, I was told they are addressing the issue and taking steps to fix things. Based on my rather prompt reply email and the tone of the email, I get the impression they are in fact taking corrective action and are on their game.
So far so good for me. If you like check back soon as I’m going to be posting more details about my free trial, the company, and my opinion. So far everything is really good for me. You’ll also find comments from other readers here who have left positive opinions and experiences on this company and tea from their experience.

Hi Pam,
I actually do make money from my site, but I say that lightly =p I get a few cents for clicks on the adsense and banners on the site. You’ll see I don’t plaster that stuff all over my site because thats not what this blog’s focus is. Although I did make a little over $15 last month! =p
Although I’ve conveyed my own experience, I’ve thought about posting some of the positive achievements some of our readers have had using wu-yi tea. There are quite a few comments left from readers who have had great success as well so I thought that might be interesting and help provide a bigger picture to people thinking about trying it.

Hi Gem,
This is a question I would follow up on with your doctor. I don’t know of any traits of this tea that would effect any medical conditions or other health related situations. However I’m no doctor so be sure to check first. And by the way, congratulations on the new little one! =p

Hi Dan,
I just ordered the free trial tea and got it in 2 days or so which I was very happy about. The tea taste great and I must say it really works. I am not hungry all the time any more and with the 1st cup in the morning I feel GREAT. But, the second cup in the afternoon ( usually around 2:00) makes me shaky and gittery! I can not sleep at night and from experience, it feels like I have taken one strong diet pill!!! Dose any one else feel this?? I am going to start taking just one cup a day in the morning to see if that will eliminate these feelings. I would really love to hear any comments about this and see if any one else has experienced any thing like this.
Thank You,

Gem,
the tea box/bags state that if you’re pregnant or nursing, you should consult a doctor. not only that, but the tea contains approx 35 mg of caffeine, which you don’t want to pass onto your baby…if you want to get some sleep, that is….
I’ve just started drinking this as well, just about a week now..so no noticable differences yet, and yes, it is a free trial. hope to lose about 40 lbs. let’s see.
wish me luck.
same for you.

I just got my free trial of the WuYi today. It said to start right away so I did (even though its 2:00pm) So I guess I will drink again before I go to bed. I really just want to lose 10-15 lbs so I will keep you guys posted on if it works for me. As for the girl that had trouble sleeping she should try Melantonin or Tylenol PM, and not exercise to close to bedtime.

I have had my tea since the 1st of April and I must admit I love it! I have lost 10 pounds so far. I drink 2 cups a day and I exercise on my treadmill and ab roller at home because I don’t have time to go to the gym with 2 jobs. I really wanted to work on my stomach and getting that down and so far so good. I say it is worth the money!!!

Hello,
I did recive the tea, no instructions came with it I had to call and the instructions arrived. The tea is good, I admit I have not been consistant, I’m not sure what other things I can eat, can I drink it cold? I love the taste after you left it steep for a while. I want to loose about 20 - 30lbs.Hurry i hacve a wedding and vacation coming soon.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I woiuld like to receive a free trial of your tea please. Thank you!
April 30th, 2008 at 11:23 pm
Hi Amos,
The key to staying healthy, eating right, and losing weight is to be consistant. If you go a week here or there whether it be drinking this tea or any other diet type product or regimen, then go a week or so there eating junk food or not working out, then your results are going to suffer.
In my opinion, sooner or later you’ll probably give up on trying to lose weight or eat healthy because you aren’t seeing results or it’s taking to long to get there.
So do your best to be consistant with this or anything else you decide to try.
As for drinking it cold, yes, you can definitely drink it cold. I have done so as well as others who have commented here. Prepare it, let it cool, then ice it just like iced tea. It tastes great.
The beauty of this for me is that I can “cheat” and I’m not so restricted in my daily routine. The tea really works great. As for what you can eat, let me suggest what to stay away from. Cut out things like soda and drinks that have a lot of sugar. Stay away from fast food, if you do go for it, try to go with the chicken options like the wraps and grilled chicken that most fast food joints carry now. Try to lower your intake of flour products like white bread.
My diet isn’t strict, as long as you modify it slightly and throw in a bit of exercise during the week, you should see good results.

Hi Abigail,
I actually don’t sell the tea. I’ve just been writing about my experiences with it =p If you’re interested in trying it out I put some links in my post where you can read more about it and buy it.

So, I’ve just ordered the tea. What I really would like to see in your blog is the excercise required and the nutrional guidelines. I have always felt I was heavy (but now I look at pictures and think, gosh, I wasn’t that bad at all - look at me now!). I have a job that is pretty physical, planting trees, mowing, removing invasives. From an office job that is a great increase in calories burnt. From that I’ve managed to lose about 10 - 15 lbs, but am at a plateau. I would like to be able to work out for about 35-40 minutes per week and see results. I don’t do alot of overeating. In fact, I know I sometimes under eat but the weight still stays on. I’m in my 40s now, but I dont want that to be an excuse. I just need to lose this weight (about 35 lbs), so I can do those things that I love; swimming in lakes and rivers (in a cute bathing suit), dancing to the blues, and backpacking. So, someone, please blog the additional requirements such as exercise and diet.
Thanks,
Michelle
