Where Do I Find Wu-Yi Tea?
Where do I find wu-yi tea, where can I buy wu-yi tea… Surprisingly these are questions that I am finding consistently showing up in comments and messages. I mention what I have used and am currently using in several posts here but I may not have been as specific or clear as I could be. Organizing this blog is on my to do list =p.
Anyway, for this post I will answer these questions and be a bit more specific. I originally started with loose leaf tea. I enjoyed loose leaf tea but using it regularly can be slightly expensive depending on what type you like. Where I still buy loose leaf tea simply because I like it, I am currently using tea bags in my regular diet. The tea bags are quick, easy, and taste great which makes it ideal for my hectic schedule.
So what am I using… I am currently still using the wu-yi tea from Easy Weight Loss Tea. There are a couple reasons why I like this tea and have stuck with it. First off, you can get a full months free trial of this tea! Back in the day as a young lad in college, I always found free trials on everything! Stuff like detergent, soap, toothpaste, etc… When you don’t have jack for money you get resourceful =p After a bit of searching, I found the free trial of tea!
Next, it’s cool because if for any reason you don’t take to tea as a new tea drinker, then you haven’t wasted any real money. I actually was not a tea drinker before and to be honest, it took me a couple weeks to really develop a taste for tea. Now I love it, but at first it wasn’t one of my favorites. So give it a shot, you have nothing to lose. I also found that after sticking with this company, it was cheaper than loose leaf tea on a regular basis and cheaper over the long term compared to what I was finding in the stores.
That’s it folks, I buy the tea I am currently using in my diet from Easy Weight Loss Tea. I have had and continue to maintain excellent results. If you want to try loose leaf tea I buy mine from Generation Tea. Generation Tea is a great company and their service department is excellent for questions and suggestions. Just do a search on their site for wu-yi tea and you’ll find their available selections. I have been trying some other things lately, but I’ll wait to post about them when I feel I can truly see their effectiveness.

@Zee - I’ve been doing a terrible job at updating this blog, but I am still around and do have every intention of getting back to it regularly =p Work has been very demanding and time consuming and it’s just been difficult to get around to it. In total, I’ve lost around 25 pounds and maintained my weight. I have something new to post about coming up and am looking forward to sharing it with any readers interested.
@ann - Using 2-3 sugars is definitely not suggested =p Sugar is one of the biggest things that contribute to fat. So adding sugar to this tea is going against your goals =p

i’m weaning myself off the sugar, down to 1 tspn, but i’ve also ordered the tealeaves as well, i have a teabag infuser with a hook on it, do i just fill the infuser up and leave it in my cup for 2 - 3 minutes on the hook inside my cup or do i take the infuser off the cup afterwards,i’ve never used a teabag infuser with a hook, as you can tell, lol.
thanks again, ann.
