About
Hi folks! Welcome and thanks for stopping by my blog. My name is Dan, most people call me Dan the Man! because I AM Da Man… just kidding.
I’m 35 years old with a full time career. Full time career basically means I’m busy as heck, on top of that outside of work I am quite the lazy bum. It’s a flaw I know and for the past year, two years, three years, many years, I have been working on my new years resolution to lose weight and get back to a weight that helps me feel good and energetic. Don’t ask me what year my resolution first started, I can’t remember that far back.
Anyway, I use to be quite the athletic individual. I was into sports, very active, worked out regularly, the whole nine yards. Somewhere around 30 I no longer was able to eat pizza, burgers, and any other junk without regard! I got caught up in my career and spend a lot of time working and all the activity just sort of stopped along the way.
Recently an old friend of mine called me up and invited me to join an indoor soccer league with him. I use to play way back when and enjoy soccer so I said yes. Well, after our first game I realized just how out of shape I had let myself get!!! It was quite depressing! Needless to say I made some pathetic excuses as to why I couldn’t make it anymore LoL.
Because I am so busy with work, and yes, lazy, I started looking for a quick fix. Now I know there is no “quick fix” for anything, but my search led me to find out about Wu-Yi Tea.
Now I’m writing about my experience and results to share with others who are in the same boat I was. One, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out and kinda want to show off my results, and I always wanted to have a set of before and after photos lol! And two, when I came across wu-yi tea and google’d it I found a ton of different products and hype for it. It was overwhelming as I’m sure it is/was for a lot of others. So because I’m a bit of a blogging geek on other stuff like movies, computers, and gadgets, I figured I’d blog about this too!
